Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments (into Mexico) is by weight ($5-10 USD). 

​

International Shipments

​

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via DHL or Fedex Services. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

International Shipping cost is $30USD for garments, $15USD for accessories**

​

**Due to the fact that we send all our shipments from Mexico, the price of shipments is very expensive here.

We would love to send our orders for free, but then we will not be able to support our small business. In this regard, we decided to make $30 and 15$ flat rate international shipments. This is approximately 50%-40% of the cost of the package through Fedex/ UPS/ DHL express services, and we will cover the other half for you. 

Remember, when you support small business, you are supporting a dream.

Tracking Your Order

​

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

ATELIER JUEL gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on atelierjuel.com for return or exchange. Online returns must be requested within 14 days of in-store purchase or shipment date and items must be received within 21 days of in-store purchase or shipment date. Items received after 21 days or with the security tag missing cannot be returned.  Items sold as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned.

 

ATELIER JUEL merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. ATELIER JUEL Additions items must be returned directly to the seller.

Domestic Returns

​

Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a USPS return label in every package. If you’ve lost your return label and need a replacement, please contact our Client Services Department at juel@atelierjuel.com

International Returns

​

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

​

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
